Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. By using Human In The Love, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. We do not verify age via government ID at launch — your self-declaration is binding, and misrepresentation may result in permanent removal.
2. Acceptable Use
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, and fake profiles are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or ban without notice for violations that threaten community safety.
3. Matching & Content
We use AI to introduce people. We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or continuous availability of matches. All introductions are suggestions — you are always in control.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
Premium tiers include a 7-day free trial. No refunds after trial conversion. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes (handled by Stripe Tax).
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We apply a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion, during which you may reverse the request. After 30 days, data is irreversibly removed except where retention is required by law.
6. Disclaimers
Human In The Love is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
